Seamus McKernan
Mortgage & Protection Advisor 

Seamus has been in the financial services industry since 1986. He holds a diploma in Business Studies, he also holds a Financial Planning Certificate MLA (dip). Seamus is a member for the Chartered Insurance Institute.

He opened the first Impartial Mortgage office in 1997 in Cookstown, trading as Mortgage & Investment Centre. In 2006 joined the franchise for The Mortgage Shop. In 2015 as market conditions were changing he left The Mortgage Shop to regain full Impartial status and take control of his business, and to present trading as Mortgage Services Cookstown Ltd.

A substantial percentage of Seamus’s business is derived from existing client referrals, a reflection of his loyal client base throughout Tyrone, his strive to provide quality advice and professional service to all clients, existing and new. Seamus prides himself in not only helping people obtain their dream home but more importantly ensuring that they can always retain it by having the most appropriate protection in place

Seamus loves to cycle and is a member of Harps Cycling Club and is currently the Chairman.

Julie McElduff
Mortgage & Protection Advisor

Julie has been working for Seamus since 1997 after leaving school. Julie has a NVQ Level 2 and Level 3 in Business Management & Administration. She has worked as Seamus’ PA for many years until completing her mortgage exams, CF1 & CF6 in 2016. As a member of the Chartered Insurance Institute she prides herself on the professional and customer focused advice she offers all clients.

Julie McElduff is an impartial mortgage advisor registered with the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).
 
Julie also manages our partnership’s with the local charities of choice within our community.
 
Julie strives to do the best job she can for each and every client, working hard to get the best outcome for them. She is married and lives in the Rock, she has three boys and enjoys gym life.
 

Rachel Larmour
Personal Assistant

Rachel is from Cookstown and is personal assistant to both Seamus & Julie. Rachel started working for us in 2013 after leaving College. Rachel obtained her Level 2 & Level 3 Business Management & Administration. She deals with the processing and operational aspects of each client as well as managing our social media. She is currently studying for her Diploma in Insurance. Rachel enjoys music concerts and keen fitness fanatic.
