Seamus McKernan
Mortgage & Protection Advisor
Seamus has been in the financial services industry since 1986. He holds a diploma in Business Studies, Financial Planning Certificate MLA (dip), he also hold IFS Level 3 Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice. Seamus is a member for the Chartered Insurance Institute.
He began trading in 1997 in Cookstown with 27 years as a Mortgage Broker and with 40 years experience in Financial Services.
A substantial percentage of Seamus’s business is derived from existing client referrals, a reflection of his loyal client base throughout Tyrone, his strive to provide quality advice and professional service to all clients, existing and new. Seamus prides himself in not only helping people obtain their dream home but more importantly ensuring that they can always retain it by having the most appropriate protection in place.
Outside of work Seamus is a member of Harps Cycling Club. He also is a keen amateur Photographer. Over last few years spends all of his free time with his grandchildren.

Julie McElduff
Mortgage & Protection Advisor
Julie has worked with Seamus since 1997. Originally Julie was Seamus PA. Julie obtained her Mortgage qualifications in 2016, CF6 Mortgage Advice, CF1 UK Financial Services, regulation and ethics, CII Level 3 Certificate in Mortgage Advice.
Julie has 27 years experience in the mortgage and protection industry.

Outside of the office Julie enjoys Crossfit and socialising with her husband and 3 boys.
Julie is available for appointments Monday – Friday 9.30-5.00 with later appointments available on Tuesdays.
Rachel Larmour
Mortgage Administrator
Rachel has been our Mortgage Administrator since 2013.
She has her NVQ Level 2 and Level 3 Business and Administration.
Rachel supports our mortgage and protection advisers to ensure that applications are processed promptly and smoothly she also provides front of house support.
In 2023 Rachel obtained her CF6 Mortgage Advice, CF1 UK Financial Services, regulation and ethics, CII Level 3 Certificate in Mortgage Advice. Rachel is currently on maternity leave with her second baby and is returning July 2024 when she will become a Trainee Mortgage & Protection Advisor.
We look forward to her return.

Deimantė Žižienė ‘Dee’
Mortgage Administrator
Dee is our Mortgage Administrator and has joined our team in 2020. She speaks both English and Lithuanian fluently.
Dee has her NVQ Level 2 Business and Administration. She supports our mortgage and protection advisers to ensure that applications are processed promptly and smoothly she also provides front of house support as well as looks after our Social Media.
Dee is your first point of contact and prides herself in providing excellent customer experience for all our clients.
Dee enjoys reading books and spending time with her husband.
